| What is it? | Visits to British Rail locomotive sheds and major stabling points in the late 1970s and 1980s and the locomotives thereon. |
| Does it have a purpose? | Not for most humans on the planet but it is an insight into railway life that has now disappeared, including most of the engines and a lot of the sheds too. |
| Why do it? | I'm fascinated by numbers and this is a way of digitising my written notes - and you never know, one day, someone, somewhere, may find it interesting! |
| Why is it called Shed Surprise? | I like the sound of it! And you never knew just what you're going to find! |
